VINTAGE J W YORK AND SONS PERFECTONE CORNET 1917 GOLD ACCENTS ON BELL There are bumps and bruises,( see photos)  Four of the valves come out. I dont think any of the others do or were made to do so. The small slide on the back has one of the inner pieces stuck inside as shown, so new owner will deal with that and the rotor adj on that slide is missing pieces. The bell has gold accents. The serial number is 495593. Dates it to 1917 I think from chart.  Comes with old case. No mouth piece.
