Original soviet time rotary cornet trumpet w case (optional). Cornet was in use. Was produced in soviet (1977) time (Ukraine, Kiev) on factory "Orfej". Item was full serviced, cleaned, added new oil in rotor system. Every part can be easy unmount\mount and seems work fine but item is old so need careful hands like any old item.
